Standard for Registry Record Publication took effect

The Standard for Registry Record Publication (1C-STD-003) took effect on 15 May 2025, setting the minimum data fields a record must carry before publication. Its adoption incorporated the retention provisions previously set out in 1C-STD-007, which was withdrawn.
