Where a jurisdiction publishes corporate registry data, sanctions lists, or licensing records that are publicly accessible, that material may be used as a source in registry verification or due diligence work, cited on the relevant record or finding.

Use of a public source in this way is not a claim that any regulator, government agency or standards body endorses, approves or is affiliated with 1Cert.org. Any such relationship would be stated explicitly and only where documentary evidence supports it.
