These terms are an agreement between you and 1Cert.org, the operator of this website (the "Operator").

3. Use of the registry

The verification and search functions are provided for the purpose of confirming recorded status. Automated querying, scraping, enumeration or bulk extraction of registry data is prohibited. The registry returns results for specific queries only, under the lookup policy published on the verification page.

4. No guarantee

A verification result confirms status against a recorded source at the time of the query. The full statement of scope and limitations at /legal/disclaimers forms part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the standards catalogue and publications, is the property of the Operator. Standards and publications may be cited with attribution; commercial reproduction requires written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on the public functions of this website. Liability under a due diligence or verification engagement is addressed in the engagement terms for that engagement.

7. Changes

These terms may be amended; the current version, its number and its effective date are stated on this page. Continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
