Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or using the registry verification function, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.
Use of the registry
The registry verification function is provided for the purpose of checking the recorded status of a credential, entity, licence or accreditation. You may not use automated means to systematically extract registry data at a scale or frequency that degrades the service for other users, without prior written permission.
No guarantee of future conduct
A verification result confirms status against a recorded source as of the stated verification time. It does not guarantee the future conduct of the entity concerned, and it does not replace your own compliance and acceptance decision.
Due diligence services
Due diligence services are provided under separate engagement terms agreed with the commissioning organisation at the time of engagement. A due diligence result reports assessed risk, not guilt, and carries no legal or regulatory effect.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its standards, publications and design elements, is the property of 1Cert.org or its licensors, except where otherwise stated. You may view and share this content for reference purposes; reproduction for commercial redistribution requires prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
1Cert.org provides registry and due diligence information on the basis described in its standards and methodology publications. To the extent permitted by law, 1Cert.org is not liable for decisions made in reliance on information provided through this website without independent verification appropriate to the significance of that decision.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown above reflects the date the current version took effect.
