Report a suspected false credential

Use this form to notify the registry of a credential you believe to be false, altered or misused. Reports are reviewed by the registry integrity function. Where a report concerns a recorded credential, the record owner is notified through the review and correction process; the reporter's identity is not disclosed to the record owner.
