Sets the minimum content, publication condition, non-public fields and correction process for a published registry record.
Scope
Applies to every entity record and credential record published in the 1Cert.org registry.
- Minimum content. A published record states: the 1Cert Identifier; the recorded name; the record type; the current status; the status effective date; the recording source; and the date of last review.
- Publication condition. A record is published only after the instrument on which it rests has been recorded. No record is published on assertion alone.
- Non-public fields. Fields designated non-public are never disclosed through the public registry, and their existence is neither confirmed nor denied in query responses.
- Correction. A record found inaccurate is corrected through the review and correction process, and the correction is recorded with its effective date.
