Sets the content, publication, review and limits of a jurisdictional recognition arrangement.
Scope
Applies to every body seeking or holding recognition under the 1Cert.org recognition framework.
- Content. A recognition arrangement records: the parties; the functions recognised; the jurisdiction; the scope and its exclusions; the term; and the conditions of suspension and withdrawal.
- Publication. A summary of every arrangement in force is published on the recognised bodies register: body, role, jurisdiction, scope, validity dates.
- Review. Every arrangement is reviewed at least annually against the criteria of the recognition framework; the review date is recorded.
- Limits. Recognition extends to the recorded functions, jurisdiction and scope, and to nothing beyond them.
